Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Whatnot Clothing order.

Returns:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a return and place a new order separately.
